1. Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 20% cancellation fee, as we reserve the service provider’s time and resources.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the service provider has arrived or if the service is canceled without notice.
2. Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Customers can reschedule once without any penalty. Any further rescheduling may incur additional charges depending on the service provider's availability.
3. Cancellation by Service Provider:
- If a service provider cancels the service, customers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund
- We will do our best to match the customer with an alternative service provider if available.
4. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
5. No-Show Policy:
- If the customer or contact person is not present at the agreed location and time for the service, the service will be considered as a no-show and the customer will be charged the full-service amount.
